CHLOE KAE

After performing as one half of Melbourne electronic/RnB duo Kllo, Chloe Kae has now launched her own solo project. With a brooding, driving sound, Chloe’s first output is a double A-side, Misconception/Recluse, featuring production from Machinedrum.

Creative
We created a suitably moody cover, collaborating with Melbourne DP, Ed Goldner, to visualise a balance between melencholy and warmth; key elements of the tracks. Typography is a humanist, san serif set super tight to a sense of create tension.

Campaign
Chloe released her first solo-material in January, just prior to her band Kllo moving into an album cycle. We wanted to do as much as possible with the release, gaining heavy traction internationally, while also leaving plenty un-said for when she returns as a solo artist following the Kllo release.
